Lotus berthelotii aka Parot’s Beak, Coral Gem, Pelican’s Beak, and Canary Island Trefoil. A tender perennial from the Canary Islands that is now extinct in the wild. However, it is fairly common in cultivation. The flowers are naturally red, but there is a golden orange cultivar.
